Superman Red, Superman Blue

Superman Red/Superman Blue is a concept introduced way back in 1963 in the pages of Superman #162 by Leo Dorfman and Curt Swan as an imaginary tale. A major in-continuity adaptation took place in 1998, and throughout several titles including the Superman books, JLA, Aquaman, Teen Titans, and more.  Most recently, during the Rebirth era, another iteration of the same notion was developed in the storyline titled "Superman Reborn," which reconciled the New 52 and Post-Crisis versions of the Man of Steel.
