Empyre :: Spider-Man

Originally scheduled to be released in April 2020, 'Empyre: Spider-Man' was a 3-issue limited series tying in with the main event, written by actor Taran Killam, and illustrated by Diego Olortegui. Due to COVID-19 and everything that happened afterwards, all references to the title were removed from the publisher's websites and other specialty sites. There has been no official confirmation yet, but it seems that this mini has been cancelled. Any updates will be posted here. Below are the original solicitations' text and covers by Humberto Ramos and Edgar Delgado.

**UPDATE: Marvel released a final Empyre checklist on June 25. This title is no longer included.

Empyre: Spider-Man #1
(April, 2020)
Cover by Humberto Ramos, Edgar Delgado

Spider-Man has the best rogues' gallery in comics with the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Kraven, Venom, Carnage and recent additions like Red Goblin, Itsy Bitsy, and Kindred. •But there's another archenemy of Spider-Man who's been hiding in plain sight, and only the actions of the Kree/Skrull have brought him to the fore of Spider-Man's story and Marvel's big 2020 event!

Empyre: Spider-Man #2
(May, 2020)
Cover by Humberto Ramos, Edgar Delgado

The Kree and the Skrulls are here, and the world has been turned upside down. • Spider-Man's neighborhood is part of that world, and Spider-Man is in deep trouble fighting a villain who could ruin Peter and Mary Jane's relationship forever.

Empyre: Spider-Man #3
(June, 2020)
Cover by Humberto Ramos, Edgar Delgado

If there's one thing you know about Peter Parker it's that he will sacrifice his personal life for saving people as Spider-Man. This time, that sacrifice will change aspects of his relationship with his girlfriend, Mary Jane, but it may save many lives. This time from an interstellar invader. • Maybe his burgeoning friendship with a new, strange, very small Spider-Man-obsessed super hero will help fix things?
