When one of the Rigans comes to water and feed them, the young reporters make a run for it, but before they can board the flying saucer that brought them to the planet, they are intercepted by the gigantic Robot of Riga!

Superman follows Jimmy's emergency beacon through space to the planet of the green skies, and now must save his friends from the clutches of the colossal robot.
